CA 7 BTI jobs receives Error- CA-7.255 WAITING FOR CA-7 TO COME UP. REPLY

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

We are using CA7 v11.1 in our production system. 
Recently, we upgraded CA7 v12 in our Test environment. After the upgrade, we noticed a weekly job waiting for below WTO message. 
CA-7.255 WAITING FOR CA-7 TO COME UP. REPLY 'END' TO TERMINATE BTI JOB. 

Since, the CA7 address space was active at that time, we suppressed the WTO message and the job ended with MAXCC 08. 

Cause:

The communications data set (UCC7CMDS DD) was not updated in the BTI job to the new one being used for the upgraded release

Resolution:

The problem is that the UCC7CMDS file is not correct in the BTI job. CA7ONL has a different file than the one the BTI job is using.  The BTI uses this file to check bit settings to determine if CA 7 is up and to set communicating bits with CA 7. 

Please change the UCC7CMDS file in the BTI job to the same file CA7ONL is using and retry.
