Assigned UIDs are not being honored

Issue/Introduction

 Users that have a UID assigned to their acids are not getting the UID. 
ESM is Top Secret.

 

 

 

 

Resolution

If a user has an incomplete OMVS segment the UID will not get returned.

A UID, HOME and DFLTGRP is the minimum required.
