sap_basis probe failed to connect to BOBJ profile

Issue/Introduction

The customer trying to setup a BOBJ profile on the sap_basis probe, but keep facing following connection error, as shown below. We have updated Windows CLASSPATH variables to point to latest JCO path (sap_basis fails to connect to resource: Wrong PATH and/or Native library sapjco3 is too old). And also pointed sap_basis probe -> raw-configure -> setup -> jcoLocation, to latest JCO path. But still same error

[attach_socket, sap_basis] sapSapSessionFailed to connect to the host BOBJ connection has failed to collect environment data.

Environment

sap_basis 2.23
BOBJ 4.3
UIM 23.4CU3

Resolution

SAP BOBJ is monitored using the java libraries (dsws-session.jar, dsws-biplatform.jar, dsws-common.jar, TraceLog.jar).

All these libraries are supposed to be installed/provided by the customers as these are available only to the licensed enterprise users.
