VCF 5.2.0
An issue exists in lcm in SDDC Manager 5.2.0 and the Broadcom depot regarding the staging of the ESXi 8.0U3f bundle specifically, that prevents this bundle from being made available on the SDDC Manager UI > Bundle Management page.
Upgrade SDDC Manager from 5.2.0 to 5.2.1, the issue is resolved in 5.2.1
If this is not feasible, please contact Broadcom Global Support.
