Deleting the cloud fs that was attached to our Live Cyber Recovery instance. May we have a certification of the data deletion.

Issue/Introduction
User would like to make sure that all his data will be deleted from the cloud.
Environment
VLCR 1.27.x
Cause
User did not received confirmation that background data will be deleted.
Resolution
Clicking on "Deactivate region" triggers the deactivation process. Broadcom Saas team gets deletion request and proceed with deletion of background data.
