After upgrading ehealth 6.3.2.04 to 6.3.2.12 eHealth Tomcat63 service does not start

Issue/Introduction

Symptom: 

After upgrade from 6.3.2.04 to 6.3.2.12, the eHealth Tomcat63 service on the server doesn't start.

Environment: 

Upgrading eHealth 6.3.2.04 to eHealth 6.3.2.12 

Operating System- Windows 2008

Cause:

JAVA_HOME,JRE_HOME environment variable are not set to %NH_HOME%/JRE.

Resolution:

a) Set the following Environment Variables under System Variables and User variables section

JRE_HOME =  %NH_HOME%\jre

JAVA_HOME = %NH_HOME%\jre
