Generate CSR from VCSA 9.0 UI : Country Name in the Selection dropdown list appear in Spanish

Issue/Introduction

  • When attempting to generate a CSR from the vCenter Server 9.0 UI, the Country Selection dropdown list appears in Spanish instead of English.

    Eg: "Estados Unidos" in Spanish, which translates to "United States" in English



  • We were able to list the Country Names in English while generating CSR from SDDC Manager through Fleet Management.


Environment

VMware vCenter Server 9.0.0.0 (VVF/Standalone VC not integrated with SDDC Manager)

Cause

The reported issue classified as vSphere UI bug in VCSA 9.0 (Build - 24755230)

Resolution

This issue will get addressed in the upcoming patch release of vSphere 9.0
