Issue/Introduction

How do we enable DLP detection for Slack?

Environment

Symantec Data Loss Prevention 15.x, 16.x, 25.x

Resolution

Slack does not integrate directly with DLP. For Slack monitoring you'll need to integrate DLP with CASB (CloudSOC) using the Slack Gatelet/Securelet. 
Note: CASB configuration will require proxy forwarding or the use of the WSS agent.
