ICE Content Help does not display OOTB content for all pages

Issue/Introduction

Whilst leveraging ICE Content Help by clicking on ? button whilst on certain pages in MUX, the users are finding some pages do not have OOTB content help.

The help is available for Projects, Ideas, Roadmaps, etc, but not on Custom Objects

Resolution

• This is by design
• ICE is context aware and will open help for a page if that is a standard OOTB object that ICE is trained on
• You can enable "Custom Content" in ICE pertaining to your specific custom object
• To enable Custom Content, raise a case with Broadcom Support, indicate you have ICE already enabled, your exact URL for ICE custom content to be enabled and our team will assist you
  • You will then be able to create your own custom cards for your custom objects and other pages as described in the Broadcom Documentation
