Installing BIRT Report Plugin upgrades Eclipse to version 4.36

Issue/Introduction
I had Eclipse 4.31 IDE (Eclipse 2025-03) installed on my laptop through software deployment. I followed the instructions to install new software for the Team Provider for Eclipse. I was able to log into Harvest from the menu option for Eclipse.
I followed the instructions to install the new software for the Report Provider. First time through there were some dependencies that were updated and it indicated that the Report Provider would not be installed. It upgraded the Eclipse version to (2025-06) 4.36.0
The second time installing the Report Provider I got the following error message.
Environment
Harvest Software Change Manager v14.5.01
Eclipse v4.31 or 4.32
with Eclipse plugin and BIRT Reporting plugin
Cause
It looks like you have missed installing BIRT dependencies which is a pre-requisite for this.
Resolution
Follow the link found in the documentation to download the BIRT 4.15.0 dependencies update. Then redo the installation.
- Delete the Eclipse 4.36 and unzip a fresh copy of 4.31. Be sure to also delete the C:\Users\<userid>\Eclipse-workspace folder.
- Install CAHarvestSCMV145_01Patch_SCMECLIPSEPLUGIN_14.5.1.204.
- Install BIRT-Updates-4.15.0.zip
- Install CAHarvestSCMV145_01Patch_SCMREPORTSECLIPSEPLUGIN_14.5.1.204.zip
