Issue/Introduction

Failing to download file via the Web Isolation Cloud in Isolated Mode. Downloads window indicate 0.00MB downloaded. 

Activity logs are showing error for the relevant transaction:

Details: This frame can't be reached. Errorcode: ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING

Cause

The error message indicates connectivity issue between Web Isolation and external web server (OCS).

Resolution

1. Access the affected web site using direct internet access and verify if file can be downloaded. If it fails, raise the ticket with web site admins to investigate the issue further.

2. If the file can be downloaded with direct internet access, collect the client side har file, network logs using remote developer tools and contact technical support for further assistance.
