Checkplex jobs fails with RC=28 after maintenance upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The TEST system is upgraded to the latest JCLCheck maintenance level. 

The PROD system has not been upgraded.

Chekplex jobs now fail with RC=28.  

GTS log on the TEST system shows

Error: CACP04900E Target Server GTSPROD returned with error (RC 05140108)

Environment

Component: General Transaction Server (GTS)

Resolution

GTS and Chekplex jobs cannot have mixed maintenance level due to PTF SO05197.

SO05197 has ++HOLD DOC: 

  **Note: This change must be installed on all GTS systems running Chekplex and the GTSs must be restarted.  Both the JCLCheck Job and the Checkplex GTS must both have this PTF applied and active.  Mixed levels will result in run errors such as the following:                      
CACP04991E No output files returned, check LIST and TERM options      
CACP04990E TRB block error BLKCONTENT    

Both systems (TEST and PROD) must be at the same maintenance level.
