Search Device does not show device report

Issue/Introduction

• When entering the device name in the upper right search text box it shows a link to a device, however clicking the link does not show any device details.

• This issue is not seen for Global Administrator users. Issue is seen for the users with specific role.

Environment

All supported Watch4net|M&R releases

Cause

No search and explore template access for impacted user role.

Resolution

Edit the impacted user role to grant Read-Only OR Read and Write rights for Search, Explore and Explore Network templates.
