Issue/Introduction

The Global Approved and Blocked Senders list in the Anti-Spam settings has a default limit of 3000 entries.

Organizations with larger allow/block lists may encounter this limit and require an extension.

Cause

The limit is enforced by default to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.

Some customers may require a higher threshold based on specific business needs.

Resolution

To increase the limit for Global Approved and Blocked Senders:

  1. Contact Broadcom Support with a request to extend the limit.

  2. Specify the required number of entries (e.g., 4000).

  3. The request will be evaluated by the backend team.

  4. If approved, the limit will be increased accordingly.

    Note: Limits above 3000 are subject to backend validation and may not be supported for all accounts.

To view or manage your current approved/blocked senders list:

  • Log in to the ClientNet Portal

  • Navigate to Services > Email Services > Anti-Spam

  • Select Global Settings > Approved and Blocked Senders
