Should a TYPE=EXECUTE transfer be retrying when it encounters message "XCOMM0745E SYSDSN ENQUEUE UNAVAILABLE"?

Resolution

Yes. In the case of message "XCOMM0745E SYSDSN ENQUEUE UNAVAILABLE", the TYPE=EXECUTE transfer will honor the values of ERRINTV= and TERL= set in the CONFIG member and retry the transfer. Message XCOMM0745E is considered a logic error that can be resolved by releasing the enqueue on the dataset so that the transfer can complete.
