"Incorrect bucket configuration is specified" is displayed when setting up Event Streaming

Issue/Introduction

When setting up Event Streaming on the Symantec Endpoint Security Complete (SESC) portal you receive the following error despite the Bucket and Directory being set correctly:

"Incorrect bucket configuration is specified"

Cause

There is a network restriction preventing communication to the Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, or Amazon S3 bucket.

Resolution

Ensure that the firewall rules for the Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob, or Amazon S3 bucket are set to allow communication to the IP addresses listed in the document linked below:
