Zero-Hour Entries in Clarity PPM Timesheets

Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to submit timesheets with an entry of 0.00 hours for a task. When attempting to enter or save a timesheet with zero hours on a task, the system prevents the submission, indicating that such an entry is not permitted by the defined timesheet rules.

Users would like the timesheet rule not to apply if they enter 0.00 hours and to apply if they leave the time entry blank.

This is by design.

No configuration exists to override this default behavior and allow explicit 0.00 entries for tasks
