When trying to email or schedule a report, I am seeing the "Email/Schedule Report" option greyed out in DX NetOps Performance Management:
We have also confirmed that the users role has the following privileges:
Send Reports by Email
Send Reports by Schedule
All Supported Releases
This option will be greyed out if the email server isn't configured with DX NetOps Portal. Users should ensure that the email server is configured from the Administration -> Configuration Settings -> Email Server. Once configured, this option will no longer be greyed out.
