Question:

How to modify the Level of Audit trail in Service Catalog 

 

Answer:

Please follow the below mentioned steps to update the level of Audit Trail option

1. Login to CA Service Catalog using Administrator role 

2. Go to Administration tab - Configuration - Event Manager (Option) - Audit Trail level

 3. Edit the option and select one of the option provided from the drop down box.

4. Click update configuration to save the changes 

5. Restart the services
