Cannot close out sessions within TN3270 emulation application

Issue/Introduction

Remote users accessing ZTNA segment based applications via WSS agents on Windows without issues.

A subset of users use ZOC TN3270 emulation app to access mainframes.

Although the mainframe Applications run fine, closing the connection fails.

After clicking X to close the Application, the user remains on the page forever rather than closing out.

Environment

ZTNA.

WSS Agents.

Cause

Incompatibility with Application.

Resolution

Modified the ZOC settings to disable the 'Enter key tries to reconnect after a disconnect' flag under 'Disconnect action' as shown below:
