Exclude is not working for mount point

Issue/Introduction

As we found after rebooting of our uim server / primary server exclude rule we have set for to suppress mount point alert is not working for some time mean time multiple alert is getting triggered.

UIM 23.4.4

NAS 23.4.4

HA 20.50

Resolution

You can enable the Auto Operator and create a pre-processing rule in the HA NAS as well, and it will not generate duplicate alarms. In fact, maintaining consistent and synchronized Auto Operator configurations on both the primary and HA NAS devices in an HA setup is considered a best practice to ensure the environment functions as intended.
