Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to log in to chatgpt.com. The "Oops, an error occurred!" and "Operation timed out" errors are returned. 

Environment

Edge SWG configured with notify page for both chatgpt.com and openai.com domains

Resolution

Remove notify page configuration for openai.com domain
