Users cannot log in to the standalone quarantine.

Issue/Introduction

Users are not allowed to log in to the standalone quarantine. In the DDS logs, the following can be observed:

Jul 22 2025 17:56:41 [SmtpWorker-16] [DDSClientHelper] ERROR - An invalid profile ID was used to access the Directory Data Service. Check the Control Center and DDS logs for details. DDS error code: 800205
com.symantec.sms.dds.api.exception.XMLRPCServerFaultReceivedException: An error occured while attempting to make a request of the DDS server at localhost:41018. server fault code: [800205]  server message: [The profile ### is invalid or does not support the requested function]

Resolution

Contact Broadcom for support. Debug for DDS service must be enabled for further troubleshooting.
