Issue/Introduction

The customer is experiencing a recurring issue in their Identity Portal environment.

When users access the Identity Portal to submit access requests, not all configured Access Rights (Permission Roles) are displayed in the “Applications” tab.

Although these roles are properly registered and visible in the Identity Portal module configuration, they intermittently fail to appear for end users. This behavior affects the ability to submit access requests consistently.

Identity Portal 14.x

Cause

There are two Identity Portal nodes, and the stick session in their Load Balance was not set properly

Resolution

For testing purpose, change the CAIM connector in Identity Portal Admin to point to specific Identity Manager

If after this configuration no more issues occurs to view the Access Catalog, you need to check the Load Balancer to properly set the stick session configuration
