Two dupe alarms generated for process probe when using MCS

Issue/Introduction

Two of the same processes probes alarm messages were seen in the IM alarm sub-console as well as SOI. 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4
• processes probe v4.85

Cause

• processes.cfg default monitoring interval was 60.

Resolution

The MCS Setup_processes monitoring template interval was set to 60.

We acknowledged the existing processes probe duplicate messages and set the interval higher, to 120 and the duplicate alarm issue no longer occurred.
