Updating Topology compaction based on hostname

Issue/Introduction

Is there any requirement to apply Topology compaction based hostname?

DX O2 

Resolution

We consider the "." is separator for hostname and domain name.  Make sure the hostname doesn't have a  "."  as part of the name.
