Frictionless Timesheets are missing timeentries

Issue/Introduction

Working with Frictionless timesheets, and noticing that for some users, the total hours are less than expected. Upon review, some of the time entries did not get created on the timesheet in Clarity after running Timesheet Integration job

Resolution

Checklist in case of missing time entries:

1. Team Investment has to be Active in Clarity and have Start/Finish date that cover the period you're looking for
2. The Resource has to be added on that team, with a non-0 allocation
3. The Resource has to have time allocated on that Team for that week (check in Per Period metrics). 0 allocation or negative allocation will not be brought in
4. The Resource has to be Open for Time Entry, with Track Mode = Clarity
5. The Investment has to be Active, not a Template, and its object type has the TEAM_INVESTMENT capability enabled
6. In Rally, the Feature has to have a parent Epic for the feature to have been brought up to Clarity
7. In Rally, make sure the User Stories are in progress and have Plan Estimate. The user stories need to have Financial Work type set.
8. Jobs have to be run in correct order, Rally Sync jobs first, then Timesheet Integration jobs.
9. Rally project/team code is set — OBJ_INT_FCT_ACCT_TEAM IS NOT NULL and that code resolves to an external project — it matches a row in INT_EXT_PROJECTS (ied.code = OBJ_INT_FCT_ACCT_TEAM)
10. Frictionless Account Mapping set & valid

Note: After running the Timesheet Integration job, check the Job Logs and take notes of any features that are not included. Also check for any warnings and errors.
