SRM Reprotect fails with error: Failed to reverse replication for failed over devices. A storage operation requested on unknown storage device.

Issue/Introduction

When running multiple recovery plans at the same time, one or more reprotect operations fail with the following message:

Failed to reverse replication for failed over devices. A storage operation requested on unknown storage device '//<svm>/<volume>'.

Environment

• Storage Replication Adapter (SRA) 9.X
• ONTAP 9.x
• VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) 8.x,9.x

Cause

The SRA setting enable.concurrent.reprotect.operations is not enabled.  When running multiple reprotects concurrently, this option needs to be enabled.

Resolution

The SRA settings needs to be changed on Netapp SRA OTV appliance.
