when attempting publish one or more of the VM, the library for publishing is blank

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use the "Publish" feature within VCF Automation 9.0 in the following path: All App Tennant > Build Deploy > Virtual Machines > Publish, the library for publishing does not list the content libraries.  

Environment

VCFA 9.0

Cause

This behavior is expected in VCFA 9.0 because the "Publish" feature is not implemented in the current version of the software.

Resolution

The "Publish" functionality is targeted for implementation in the VCFA 9.1 release.
