Loadbalancer Pool Member reconfigure failes when health monitor active

Issue/Introduction

* In Aria Automation 8.18.1 with NSX-T 4.2.2.0.0.24730888, a custom Day 2 action to update load balancer pool members does not work when health monitors are configured on the load balancer routes.

 * Disabling the health monitor allows the update to proceed successfully.

Aria Automation 8.18.1 

NSX-T 4.2.2.0.0.24730888

Cause

It is happening because some of the routes have health check and some do not. There in a NullPointerException in the code which was being swallowed, and the request was never reaching completion.

Resolution

This issue is planned to be fixed in an upcoming 8.18.1 patch 4
