Spectrum SRM events are not current and bucket files are accumulating

Issue/Introduction

In a busy Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) you see Spectrum reporting struggling to process events in a timely manner.

Cause

Multiple monitored landscapes in SRM, with a lot of alarms and events. This is regardless of CABI.

Resolution

There are various means to speed up event processing in busy environment discussed in detail in the following knowledge articles. 

1. enableForceEventPolling
2. Change the MaxLandscapeThreads parameter from the default value 2 to the number of your landscapes in the file
3. You can create an index on the SRM event table.  Once logged into mysql and inside the reporting database you only need to run this command
