Issue/Introduction

• Configuring Online Depot connection from VCF Ops 9.0 fails with error - "Internal error while validating credentials"
• LCM logs on SDDC Manager shows similar to below log entries:

Cause

This error is observed when the right credentials are not configured in VCF Operations fleet management for Online Depot connectivity.

Resolution

Configure the credentials using the Download Token in VCF Operations Fleet Management as explained in the below Techdocs before proceeding with Depot Connection on VCF Instance.
