Issue/Introduction

You have setup automation job in Aria Operations to delete snapshots but it fails with the following error: No available context resources. Action not taken.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

This error triggers when none of the virtual machines are actions enabled. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue kindly ensure that following parameters are in place:

1. Ensure that operational access is granted to the vCenter server adapter.


2. Ensure that required privileges are granted to the service account used to configure vCenter server in Aria Operations - Privileges Required for Configuring a vCenter Adapter Instance
