As companies decommission software applications, there is not a need to have the decommissioned software session id included in the user's profile for Solve: Session Management. Each user could delete the session ID from their application list but it is more efficient to have the administrator perform the task globally.
For the purpose of this document, we will use XYZ1 as a session ID. To globally delete session XYZ1 from all profiles that have this defined, the administrator needs to log in to SOLVE: Session Management. Then invoke the MSDM shortcut by entering /MSDM. Select option G - Global Session Maintenance. Then select D - Delete Session Definitions. You will receive the following screen:

In the Userid ID field, specify *.
In the Session ID field, specify XYZ1 (this example only).
Press F6 to action.
This will start a search of the User IDs that have this session defined.
Once the count is complete, the following screen will appear.
