Staffing - Allocations by Investment - Resources by Role: not all entries are displayed

Issue/Introduction

When using Staffing > 'Allocations by Investment' > 'Resources by Role' and the bottom page is maximized then only 19 resources (out of 21) roles are displayed when the 'Filter' section of the page is expanded. 
There is no option to scroll down to get the last role to display on the page. This is the case when browser zoom setting is 100%
When zoom factor is 50% all entries are displayed.

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Staffing > 'Allocations by Investment' > 'Resources by Role' page
2. Ensure there are about 21 roles displayed on the page
3. Have browser zoom percentage set to 100%
4. Click to expand 'Filter' section of the page
5. Click on 'Maximize Button' to maximize 'Resources by Role' page

 

Expected: All Roles should be listed or there should be a scroll bar available to allow scrolling

Actual: Only 19 out of the 21 roles are displayed. There is no option to scroll further down
