Issue/Introduction

Different service desk rules have been created  in sdgtw probe for alarms to be routed to different servicenow instances 

Creating alarms /Incidents in test servicenow instance using nas rules but it is replicating in production servicenow instance as well with same alarm ID

Environment

sdgtw 2.36

Resolution

Upgrade to sdgtw probe 2.37 which has this fuctionality
