Issue/Introduction

LDAP connection from the User Store fails with error:

Resolution

The following error code descriptions can help troubleshoot the the root cause. 

Error code	Description
0	success
1	failed
1001	LDAP User Does Not Exist
1008	Invalid input
1012	LDAP Connect Attempt Failed
1019	Multiple User Record Found

Note: If multiple User Stores are configured, an error is expected if the user object is not a member of the filter(s) but it a member of another.
