Can the AMODE(24)  RMODE(24) of NDVRC1 be changed to AMODE(31)  RMODE(31)?

NO.   NDVRC1 is the main control program for Endevor to set up the Endevor environment. Changing the AMODE and RMODE attributes can cause unpredictable results severely compromising the usability of Endevor.
