What support needs in order to determine what is causing high CPU with Roscoe.

Take an SVC dump while the problem is occurring and open a case with https://support.broadcom.com/ and terse and upload the dump to review. Use the MVS DUMP command to dump the Roscoe address space. Do not take a CANCEL dump.  Much of the information that we need will be gone, if you take a CANCEL dump. 

Without a dump of the Roscoe address space while the problem is occurring we will not be able to troubleshoot the problem.
