Introduction:
What CA support needs in order to determine what is causing high CPU with CA Roscoe.
Instructions:
Take an SVC dump while the problem is occurring and open a case with CA Support and terse and upload the dump to review. Use the MVS DUMP command to dump the CA Roscoe address space. Do not take a CANCEL dump. Much of the information that we need will be gone, if you take a CANCEL dump.
Without a dump of the Roscoe address space while the problem is occurring we will not be able to troubleshoot the problem.
