We have a Rule mapping to integrate hostname from OI Dev to Remedy QA (Ticketing Tool). As per the rule host name from OI should be mapped to CI name in Remedy
We do not have CI names existing for Spectrum and Dynatrace (those are like device names or URLs).
Unable to trigger incidents from Spectrum and Dynatrace from OI dev, receiving the below error – no service mapping exists, and CI names are not exact.
Exception from MDR: [{"messageType":"ERROR","messageText":null,"messageNumber":45670,"messageAppendedText":"Please select a CI from the menu provided or search for a CI by pressing the CI search button."}]
How to bypass the CI name field and get ticket created in case we dont have an exact hostname in OI?
