ISG SSP Appliance Showing Critical Health Check Alerts

Issue/Introduction

Integrated Secure Gateway (ISG) Health Checks for "Fan Sensors" and "Voltage Sensors" are in a critical state, example:

Cause

One of the two Power Supply Units (PSU) is possibly faulty

Resolution

SSH to the affected unit and in the CLI enable mode execute:

•     ISG# show version
•     ISG# health-monitoring view current

Copy the commands output, paste it in a text file, create a new technical case describing the issue and attach the ISG's CLI output file to the case.
