Issue/Introduction

For RDP sessions, Broadcom PAM allows us to download a file (.rdp), which we can simply open to automatically start the session with the correct settings.

For SSH sessions, Broadcom PAM currently provides a command string (e.g., ssh user@host -p port), which we must manually copy and paste into an SSH client, such as PuTTY.

Your request:
Is it possible to have a similar automated mechanism for SSH sessions, such as Broadcom PAM providing a file (or similar one-click solution) that, once opened, automatically starts the SSH client (e.g., PuTTY) and the session with the provided parameters, without the need for manual copying and pasting?

Alternatively, do you have any recommended methods, tools, or scripts for achieving this "one-click SSH start" experience from Broadcom PAM?

Example of what you're looking for:

Download a file from Broadcom PAM (like the .rdp file for RDP), but for SSH.

When the file opens, PuTTY (or another SSH client) automatically starts and connects to the target system using the credentials/parameters provided.

Resolution

Right now such feature does not exists, there is investigation in place to be added in future releases.
