vROPs dashboard is not loading all the data for servers

Issue/Introduction

When opening the Dashboard, the components on the dashboards are not loading data.

You may see question marks (?) or 'No data to display' on the components.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

vCenter adapter is not collecting data due to certificate validation issue.  vCenter certificate was recently expired and updated.

You may see a Warning status, and when hovering over it, the message says: "Certificate validation failed..."

Resolution

Please refer to the following vCenter accounts are in Warning state due to "Certificate Validation Failed" and "Unable to connect to VC" errors KB to perform a "Test Validation" on the vCenter adapter.  Upon performing a "Test Validation", the new certificate will be available to be added to the Aria Operations Certificate Truststore.
