Issue/Introduction
When trying to download an agent from DXAPM v.24.1 they are not shown
Environment
DX O2 ON-Prem
Cause
Docker Environment Problem; pods not synchronizing properly.
Resolution
Once the PODs synchronization issue is resolved, the agents are available for download.
