DX O2 APM Agents: Top N Metrics are not visible for APMIA Oracle Extension

Issue/Introduction

Instrumented Oracle Database using APMIA Oracle Extension, and looking for Top N Metrics (Top N Query Wait State, Top N Slow Queries) but Top N metrics are not visible.
