DISK - ABEND S0C1 in ADSDM095

Issue/Introduction

After migration to z/OS 3.1 an abend S0C1 occurs in the Disk module prolog when
the current TCBECB is zero.  The abend can occur in any mainline Disk module using any Disk function.
 
One reported abend occurred while activating a Roscoe RPF that communicated with Disk which caused the ABENDS0C1
in ADSDM095+0176.

Resolution

To correct this problem, the LT17411 test apar needs to be applied. Broadcom should be contacted to provide the test apar.
