dr-configurator service fails to start

Issue/Introduction

• Running the command systemctl restart dr-configurator fails to start the service.
• Rebooting the VR appliance fails to start dr-configurator service.
• drconfig.log throws the error
  • Failed to load file "/opt/vmware/hms/conf/hms-configuration.xml": Node has both value and children

Environment

VR 9.0. x

Cause

Issue is with Loading configuration /opt/vmware/hms/conf/hms-configuration.xml
If xml is corrupted, service will fail to start.

Resolution

 Use xml validator and if any corruption detected resolve it.
