Theme Branding Packages marked as Busy

Issue/Introduction

• Cannot edit branding theme in UI or API.
• New theme branding packages marked as Busy.
• Branding details button and actions menu grayed out.
• New themes were recently created under "Customize Portal > Themes" page.
• Branding theme defined entity is in PRE_CREATED state.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1

Cause

This issue will occur if the defined entity for the theme is stuck in the PRE_CREATED state indefinitely.

Resolution

To resolve this issue there are two options available.

1) If the branding theme is no longer required, then it can be deleted using the following API call.

DELETE /1.0.0/brandingThemes/{brandingThemeId}
