Updating Default / Internal API user email address

Issue/Introduction

We need help to update the password for the following users.

• CATapApiUser
• DSApiUser
• LDAPApiUser

Environment

All supported versions of CA PAM as of July 2025

Resolution

Please open a support issue with the Broadcom CA PAM Support team so we can connect to the CA PAM server and execute the required MySQL commands to update the E-mail address of these account.
